• Completion of the specified accountant's procedures in relation to the books, records, and accounts managed by your brokerage
• Review of your compliance or accounting procedures to identify areas od potential risks of non-compliance with the relevant real estate legislation in BC

All law firms in British Columbia are required to file their annual trust report  as park of the Law Society Rules. We will work with your law firm to ensure the annual report is completed by understanding the annual Accountant's Report Instructions. We are can to provide:

• Review of the trust accounts managed by the law firm
• Completion of Section C of the Accountant's Report
